Bring Better to the Bedside as an Advanced Practice Hospitalist in Manhattan, KS at Ascension Via Christi Hospital

Candidates must be comfortable with an open ICU with tele-Intensivist backup.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 4 APPs at Ascension Via Christi Hospital.
Round on an ADC of 40 patients per day with two doctors each day under the collaboration of the doctors.
Qualifications:
Board-certified PA.
Previous hospitalist experience is preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
10-hour day shifts, Monday - Friday with two doctors/day with option for part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital.
Work in coordination with a tele-intensivist, with the specialist handling all procedures, and the hospitalist doctors running codes and rapid.
Utilize Magnetech with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
Manage patients from admission to discharge.

Rewards and Compensation:
Compensation: $95,000 part-time, $190,000 full-time.
Productivity and quality bonus incentives.
