Hospitalist opening in Astoria, ORLocated in Astoria, OR - Portland, OR 95mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BC/BE Overview: Physician-led hospitalist program with strong team collaboration 158 annual shift requirement ( 13.2 shifts/month) 12-hour shifts with mix of days and nights Tele-intensivist support available for ICU patients Daily APP coverage for additional support Practice within a critical access hospital setting Strong emphasis on work-life balance and patient-centered care Academic affiliation with a major university system Comp/Benefits: Shift-based compensation with night differential $20K sign-on bonus Relocation assistance or housing provided during scheduled shifts Malpractice provided CME allowance ($5,000 annually) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan with employer contributions Paid time off Group/Facility Info: Full-service critical access hospital Not-for-profit, independent organization Planetree Gold Certified for patient-centered care Over 900 employees with 100+ providers Growing hospitalist program with strong clinical support Academic collaboration supporting high-quality care delivery About the Area:Astoria is a picturesque coastal town in northern Oregon with a population of around 10,000.
