The Opportunity
Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospitalist opportunity.
Current CA State license is a plus.

The Practice
Adventist Health Bakersfield - Bakersfield, California
254-bed acute care hospital.
Annual volume of over 200,000.
30-bed closed ICU.
Hospitalists cover ICU overnight from 5pm-7am.
16-18 encounters per day per hospitalist; 16 encounters per night per nocturnist.
