We are seeking a dedicatedHospitalist Physician to join a premier hospital medicine team serving multiplehospitals just north of Boston, Massachusetts. This is an outstandingopportunity to practice high-quality inpatient medicine within a collaborative,physician-led organization committed to exceptional patient care, cliniciandevelopment, and operational excellence.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule with a7-on/7-off rotation.
Practice across a respectednetwork of hospitals north of Boston.
Collaborative, team-basedinpatient care environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary of$280,000-$325,000, based on experience and shift structure.

Requirements:
MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school.
Board Certified or BoardEligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Eligible for or currentlyhold an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
Strong clinical judgment andcommitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Excellent communication,collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in afast-paced hospital environment.
