Hospitalist Service Daily Encounters: 153
Staffing Model:6 Physicians/1 APP in the daytime
1 Physician/2 APPs at night
Flexible block scheduling
Full sub-specialty backup
ICU coverage is required at night
Epic EMR
The Hospitalist team includes 16 Physicians and 12 APPs
Clinical Decision Unit managed by the Hospitalist floor service

Compensation Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay rate of $125/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
