We are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalists for our swing shift role.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
Qualifications:
Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

Flexible Scheduling:
Swing shift hours 1 pm - 1 am, and 3 pm - 3 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
This is a full or part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Complete admissions for hospitalist service.
Procedures are not required.
Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
Collaborate with the hospitalist Director on performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings.
Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.
Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation:
Annual compensation up to $340,000 - $385,000, based on the number and type of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
