Locums - Cottonwood, Arizona, Hospitalist Opening (IMLC Accepted)
Clinical Role
Hospital-based Hospitalist coverageCurrent coverage needs:October 19, 2026 October 23, 2026November 24-29, 2026 Admit and rounding coverageCerner EMR Schedule & Coverage
Admit shift: 8:00 am-8:00 pmRounding shift: 6:30 am-6:30 pmDaytime ICU managed by an Intensivist; Hospitalists are not responsible for ICU coverage during day shifts Practice Setting & Support
Daytime specialty support includes Anesthesia, Surgery, and Interventional RadiologyInterventional Radiology available Monday-Friday during regular business hoursInternal Medicine residents and Rapid Response Team participate in codesHospitalists are expected to attend codes involving their assigned patients Requirements & Credentialing
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineActive Arizona license or IMLC pathway acceptedDEA requiredBLS requiredMinimum 2 years of experience requiredApproximately 30-day credentialing timeframeDrive-in candidates only What's great about Cottonwood, Arizona?
