nLocal Team Collaboration:
nnnJoin our close-knit team of 16 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.

nnWork alongside a diverse and highly skilled team, including a clinical performance nurse, where we hold teamwork in high regard.

nnOur clinicians come from various geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, fostering an environment where we continuously learn from one another and approach patient care with fresh perspectives.

n nQualifications:
nnnBoard-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
n
nnNew graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

nnAuthorized to work in the United States.

n nScheduling:
nnnSwing shift: Monday- Thursday, 4pm- 2 am (includes paid time off).
n
nnDay shift: This role has a 7-on, 7-off schedule, which allows for a balanced approach to personal and outdoor pursuits.

n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnProvide patient care in a focused, collaborative environment within our closed ICU setting, ensuring high-quality, individualized attention for each patient.
n
nnWork alongside fourth-year students from Einstein School of Medicine and third-year medical students from Touro University, providing mentorship and hands-on learning experiences.
n
nnOur APPs work collaboratively with a supervising physician to provide patient care in a supportive and friendly setting.

nnAnnual compensation between $292,000 and $319,000 plus bonuses.
