Hospitalist opening in Falmouth, MALocated in Falmouth, MA - Boston 75 miles, Providence 70 milesFull-time or Part-time; PermanentInpatient Only Overview: Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician Join a collaborative hospitalist team with strong APP support Provide care in a community-based hospital setting Flexible scheduling options with full-time and part-time availability Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Clinical Details: 96-Bed Hospital Provide comprehensive inpatient care for medical admissions Rotate between medical units and ED admissions coverage Respond to codes across inpatient adult units Work alongside a team of hospitalists and advanced practice providers Participate in coordinated, team-based patient careSchedule: Flexible scheduling with variability in shifts Options to support work-life balance and time off preferences Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with incentive bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plans (403(b) and 457) CME allowance and paid time off Malpractice provided About the Area:Falmouth is a picturesque coastal town on Cape Cod known for its beaches, boating, and relaxed New England lifestyle.
