Hospitalist Opportunity Blanchard Valley Hospital
Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Hospitalist position at Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, OH.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-supported, high-quality hospital medicine program within a top-performing regional health system.

Hospital & Program Details
Hospital Size: 150-bed hospital with 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU
Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center
Average Daily Census: 2
ICU: Open ICU with a dedicated ICU team available daily
EMR: Cerner
Team Structure
5 Daytime Hospitalists
1 Dedicated Nocturnist
3 APPs (2 Daytime + 1 Swing APP)
Schedule & Workload
Shifts: 12-hour blocks (7A 7P & 7P 7A)
Nocturnist Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 7P 7A
Night Admissions: 7 10
Procedures
Required, with training provided
Intubations
Central Lines
Ventilator Management
Employment Model
W-2 with full benefits
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in Ohio
