Clinical Role
Start November 16, 2026Inpatient Hospitalist coverageBroad inpatient population, including PCU patientsSupportive Hospitalist team of approximately 5-6 providersIntensivist support available for ICU patients Schedule & Coverage
Day shift: 7:00 am-7:00 pmSwing shift: 10:00 am-10:00 pmNight shift: 7:00 pm-7:00 am - priority needNo call Support & Systems
Epic EMRHospitalist team supportIntensivist support for ICU patients Requirements & Credentialing
Board Certified in Internal Medicine requiredActive Wisconsin license requiredBLS and ACLS requiredAnnual influenza vaccination or approved exemption requiredMust document inpatient services or related outpatient hospital services for at least 10 patients within the previous 2 years What's great about Fond du Lac, Wisconsin?
