Bring Better to the Bedside as a Hospital Medicine Physician in Grand Blanc, Michigan at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital

Local Team Collaboration:
Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 16 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners with the support of a practice coordinator and clinical performance nurse at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital.
We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and are involved in committees ranging from CHF to mortality.
We meet monthly for team meetings and internal staff meetings. These are intended to update the team on hospital or group initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
New internal medicine graduates, internal medicine residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
We proudly support both H1 and J1 Visa Candidates who can take advantage of Sound’s excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are coveredby Sound.
Scheduling:
Our Hospitalists follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. The shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
We welcome the challenge of complex cases. There is a closed ICU with intensivist coverage. Our team is not expected to do procedures.
Residents run codes and rapids, and our team attends to our patients.
