About the Opportunity
A well-established hospital system in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist / Nocturnist to join its growing inpatient team.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a balanced block schedule, strong compensation aligned with the regional market, and a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights
Full-time inpatient hospitalist position
Flexible block scheduling (7 on / 7 off or similar structure)
Day and nocturnist options available
Established inpatient team with collaborative support
Dedicated support staff and efficient EMR system
Manageable daily census
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary aligned with Montana market rates
(Estimated total compensation range: $280,000 $350,000+ depending on shift structure and experience)

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care
Admit, evaluate, and manage hospitalized patients
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure quality, safety, and patient-centered outcomes
No outpatient responsibilities.
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Montana medical licensure
Strong clinical decision-making and teamwork skills
