Overview
Are you a nocturnist physician with a passion for providing the highest quality of care? TeamHealth seeks a nocturnist physician to join our dynamic team in Old Bridge, NJ . Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
Responsibilities
Join a well-established hospitalist team as a nocturnist
Provide care in a 12-hour nocturnist schedule onsite
Manage an average of 5–10 admits per night
Open ICU with codes and procedures required
Collaborate with a mix of seasoned and newly trained providers
Potential to grow career into local, regional, and national leadership within TeamHealth’s network
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM)
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary of $300,000 to $327,600 annually
Opportunity to earn additional bonus through RVU and quality incentive plans
Full-time clinicians are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including: 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, LTD, STD, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), group term life insurance, and employee assistance program
