Job description
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time physician for the Reception and Medical Center in Lake Butler, Florida. The physician will perform medical assessments, manage chronic conditions, and contribute to disease prevention initiatives.
Works under Site Medical Director and HSA guidance in a hospital setting. The role includes a rotating shift schedule across Sundays to Saturdays with daytime hours, located at Lake Butler, 35 miles north of Gainesville.
