Job description
Jupiter Medical Center, a premier independent health system serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast of Florida is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Medical Director to lead our growing inpatient medicine program.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician leader who enjoys both clinical practice and program development, allowing you to maintain an active inpatient practice while helping shape the future of hospital medicine at one of Florida s highest-rated hospitals.
Position Highlights
Monday Friday leadership schedule
Dedicated time for clinical and administrative responsibilities
Hospital-employed position, not a third party contractor
Lead an established team of hospitalists, nocturnists, and advanced practice providers
Collaborate closely with hospital leadership, nursing, case management, quality, and physician colleagues
Drive initiatives focused on quality, patient experience, throughput, and operational excellence
EPIC electronic medical record
Competitive compensation package with 35 days PDO
