What We're Looking For
Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nocturnist to join our growing Hospital Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collaborative community hospital environment while enjoying a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule.
Opportunity Highlights:
Provide inpatient care at Novant Health Kernersville Medical Center
Practice in a community hospital setting with a closed ICU
Join a collaborative and well-supported Hospital Medicine team
Enjoy a consistent nightshift schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation and tele-hospitalist night cross coverage support
Candidate Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Responsibilities & Duties:
Work a dedicated nightshift schedule on a 7-on/7-off rotation
Remain onsite throughout the duration of each shift
Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including patient rounding, admissions and discharges
Provide comprehensive inpatient care, including admissions, ED consults and discharges
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers and other members of the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
