Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Sunrise Allscripts
Support: To be determined
Certifications and license required: Board certification, active New Hampshire license, Drug Enforcement Administration license
Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
