Job description
HNI Healthcare and Rio Grande Regional Hospital are recruiting an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our experienced hospitalist team.
This opportunity features:
320-bed Level III Trauma Facility
7 on/ 7 off schedule 6p-6a
Open ICU w/Intensivist coverage
No procedures
Premium compensation including an incentive bonus, commencement bonus, and profit sharing
Comprehensive full-time benefits package, including malpractice, CME, 401K with match
Rounding 5 physicians daily; 1 physician at night

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare has the following:
Passion for delivering high-quality, value-based versus volume-based care.
Preference for real-time, data-driven clinical decision-making.
Desire to be a part of an organization committed to excellence.
Ability to provide a full scope of inpatient hospitalist services.
Board Certified MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training in FM or IM (preferred).
Practicing physicians are preferred
Current, unrestricted, Texas license to practice.
Current, unrestricted federal, and as-needed state, prescriptive authority.
