Job description
HNI Healthcare and Ascension St. Vincent's are currently seeking an experienced board-certified physician (IM/FM) for a leadership role to oversee the hospitalist team at the Clay County facility, in Middleburg, Florida (Southwest Jacksonville) . Practicing physicians with strong leadership skills and qualities to be considered. This opportunity features:
126-bed short term acute care facility located in Middleburg
Monday - Friday
Flexible schedule
Closed ICU, no procedures, no codes
Medical Director responsibilities as assigned

A successful candidate for HNI Healthcare possesses the following:

Ability to provide a full scope of primary care services.
Board-certified, or board-eligible, MD or DO with advanced graduate medical education and training in IM or FP.
Current, unrestricted, Florida license to practice.
Current, unrestricted federal, and as needed state, prescriptive authority.
