The Opportunity
Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine Physicians or Family Medicine with previous inpatient experience.
Current IN state license is a plus.

The Practice
St. Joseph Regional Medical Center - Mishawaka, Indiana
A 254-bed acute care hospital that's part of Saint Joseph Health System.
Level II Trauma Center with 35 closed-ICU beds
The first hospital in the region with a Primary Stroke Unit certified by the Joint Commission.
150 total daily patient encounters.
Epic EMR.
Recipient of the Coronary Intervention Excellence Award (2023) and the Pulmonary Care Excellence Award (2023).

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
