p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0">No OB responsibilities.
p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0">12-hour day shifts, seven days on, seven days off schedule.
p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0">Night coverage primarily handled by skilled physician assistants.
p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0">Manage an average inpatient census of about 4 patients with low but meaningful ER volume.
p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0">Modern facility with advanced imaging, telemedicine support, and on-site labs.
p :pt-0 &>p :mb-2 &>p :my-0">Supportive nursing and interdisciplinary teams including CRNAs and surgeons.
