nLocal Team Collaboration:

nnnWe are seeking day hospitalists to join our close-knit team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs).

nnnBoard certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine.

n nScheduling:

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnManage various cases in a 42-bed non-profit, faith-based hospital serving multiple surrounding counties, so you’re not just another provider—you’re a key part of the region’s healthcare access.

n

nnOpportunity to focus on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, giving you more autonomy and hands-on experience.

n

nnCollaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care.

n

nnWork within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist APP for night coverage.

n

nnPhysicians interested in leadership will have the opportunity to take on a greater role within the program through committee involvement, mentorship, quality improvement initiatives, and future leadership development opportunities.

nnCompetitive base salary above $374,000 per year plus additional bonuses.
