Job description
Anchorage is in south-central Alaska. It is a modern city, complete with skyscrapers, a thriving business district and a bustling international airport. Day shift: 7 am - 7 pm; night coverage shared among hospitalists
Average census of 15 - 18 patients per shift
ICU covered by Intensivists 24/7; no procedures required
Team of approximately 6 hospitalists during the day plus Nocturnist coverage
W2 hospital-employed position with full benefits package
Epic EMR used throughout the facility
Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice welcome
