Block scheduling with 7 on - 7 off for excellent work-life balance
Day shifts only: 7 am - 7 pm
No procedures and no ICU responsibilities
Manageable census of 18 patients with 1 - 2 admissions per shift
Large, well-staffed hospital with comprehensive specialty support services
Teaching and academic affiliation opportunities available
Open to board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine and family practice candidates
Spanish-speaking skills a plus in this diverse patient community
