nLocal Team Collaboration:
nnnJoin our close-knit team of 18 hospitalists, including 2 Nurse Practitioners, at Providence St. Mary Medical Center.
n
nnWithin the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
n
nnSound Physicians Intensivists provide support to the hospitalist team.
n
n nQualifications:
nnnInternal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
n
nnAbility to work with residents.
n
nnNew graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
n
nnH1B candidates are invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists, as well as our licensing and credentialing experts.
n
n nScheduling:
nnnDay shift schedule is a 12-hour shift; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
n
nnAverage of 16 shifts per month.
n
n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnYou will work in an open ICU environment with Intensivist support; no procedures are required.
n
nnThe role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians’ internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

nnAnnual compensation is based on the number of shifts worked, ranging from $410,000 to $420,000.
