nWe are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

nLocal Team Collaboration:

nnnWe take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.

nnWork alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

nnOutside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

n nQualifications:

nnnBoard-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

n

nnWe provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.

n

n nScheduling:

nnnFull-time Nocturnists follow a 7-night-on, 7-night-off rotation.

n

nn12-hour shift, 7 pm-7 am.

n

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnFocus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with on-call intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes.

n

nnAverage of 9-12 admissions at night with 10-15 cross coverage calls.

n nRewards and Compensation:

nnnDay Shift Rate is $1450, and Night Shift Rate is $1753.

n

nnFull-time nocturnist working 182.5 shifts per year with a base compensation of $319,923.

n

nnAdditionally, you will be eligible for up to $20k from the RVU bonus and $20k from the Quality bonus (annual).

nnFull Benefits to include 401K and CME allowance.
