nWe are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

nLocal Team Collaboration:

nnnJoin a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.

nnCommunity Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.

nnCommunity Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

n nQualifications:

nnnAbility to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.

n

nnBoard Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.

n

n nFlexible Scheduling:

nnnNocturnist hours are 5 pm - 5 am and 7 pm - 7 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.

n

nnThis is a full or part-time n octurnist position.

n

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnProvide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider.

n

nnProcedures are not required.

n

nnBe part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.

n

nnAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.

n

nnFocus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests.

n

nnWork closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).

n

nnUtilize Epic EMR system.

n nRewards and Compensation:

nnnAnnual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.

nnMoonlighting premium for additional shifts.
