Bring Better to the Bedside as a Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Physician in Grand Blanc, Michigan at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital

We believe in bringing "better" to our local community in Grand Blanc, Michigan—better care, better collaboration, and a deep commitment to the people we serve. We'd love to talk if you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and connection to a vibrant community.

We are hiring for a nocturnist physician. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration

Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 14 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners with the support of a practice coordinator and clinical performance nurse at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital.

We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and are involved in committees ranging from CHF to mortality.

We meet monthly for team meetings and internal staff meetings. These are intended to update the team on hospital or group initiatives, discuss barriers, and highlight providers making a difference.

We proudly support both H1 and J1 Visa Candidates who can take advantage of Sound’s excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered by Sound.

Qualifications

Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.

New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

We welcome the challenge of complex cases. There is a closed ICU with intensivist coverage. Our team is not expected to do procedures.

Residents run codes and rapids, and our team attends to our patients.
