nLocal Team Collaboration:

nnnWe are seeking nocturnist hosptial medicine physicians to join our close-knit team of 10 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph London.

n nQualifications:

nnnBoard certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine.

n nScheduling:

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnManage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage.

n

nnCollaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care.

n

nnEngage in weekly group huddles to discuss challenges, share updates, and ensure seamless collaboration across the team.

n

nnWork within a structured program divided into 2 daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage.
