Envision is seeking a motivated full-time Hospitalist to join the award-winning Baptist Health Paduch will launch an Internal Medicine Residency Program in 2028, creating future opportunities for qualified candidates interested in Program Director and teaching faculty positions. Qualifications: BC/BE in Internal Medicine Residents will be considered Position Profile: Block schedule Hybrid role with shared day and nocturnist coverage Average daily census per provider: 18 5-day hospitalists 1 nocturnist 2 APPs daily - 11-hour shifts (including day and swing shifts) ICU covered by Intensivist/APP; Intensivists run code No procedures EPIC EMR W2 status with comprehensive benefits package - Paducah, KY
