Local Team Collaboration:
Join our established team of20 physiciansand4 advanced practice providers (APPs)atAdventHealth Palm CoastandAdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, many of whom are bilingual inEnglish and Spanish.

Qualifications:
Board-certified in internal medicineor family medicine.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Scheduling:
Flexible scheduling options, includingnocturnist shifts, are available to support work-life balance, with teammates providing collaborative coverage when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex cases with the support of a dedicated team.
ICU is closed.
Participate ininterdisciplinary meetingswith pharmacy and case management every morning to discuss patient care plans.

Compensation:
Competitive salaryranging from$250,000 - $335,000, based on experience and performance.
