Locums Hospitalist coverage in Michigan with a predictable 7 on, 7 off day schedule and no ICU or CCU responsibilities. This is adult inpatient rounding with APP support for admissions and an average census of 16.

Practice Setting
Inpatient hospital medicine at a 378 bed tertiary teaching facility
Average inpatient census is 16
Primary responsibility is rounding, plus intermittent staffing of patients
Occasional code coverage

Days, 7a to 7p
7 on, 7 off block schedule
No call requirement listed
Coverage begins in early December 2026, with more dates expected into mid 2027
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Board certified in Hospital Medicine
Michigan license required, facility will not wait for a license
ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
