Job Title: Locum Physician - Hospitalist - OB Phoenix, AZ

Start Date: 07/10/2026
Shift: 24-hour inhouse shifts
Hours per Week: Approximately 40 hours
Employment Type: Locum/Per Diem
License/Certifications: Arizona Medical License (or eligible), Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:Hourly Pay Rate: $218.40/hr
Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You ll Do:Provide expert OB care and support during 24-hour hospitalist shifts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient management
Monitor patient conditions and intervene as needed
Document patient encounters according to hospital protocols
Assist in emergency situations and high-risk obstetric cases
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
What You Need:Valid Arizona medical license or eligible for licensing
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Prior hospitalist experience in OB preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
