Experience: Prior hospitalist or newborn care experience preferred
Pay & BenefitsSalary: $190,000 $230,000 annually (based on experience and training; discussed during interview)
Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance

What You'll DoPerform newborn nursery examinations and assessments
Conduct circumcisions and other newborn procedures
Participate in pediatric resident and medical student teaching
Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and hospital staff
Work with dedicated neonatal nursing teams trained in transitional and couplet care
Support comprehensive care in a Level 3 NICU with 24/7 in-house neonatology coverage
Leverage pediatric subspecialty resources, including pediatric surgery
Contribute to high-quality patient-centered neonatal care in a supportive environment
No delivery attendance required
What You Need
Required:
MD or DO credential
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Neonatology
Valid Nevada medical license or eligible
Residency in the local area or willingness to relocate
Preferred:
Prior hospitalist or neonatal care experience
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
