Medical staff of over 1,000 Physicians
Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)
The hospital offers a Behavioral Health Unit with dedicated pediatric beds
The hospital has a robust NICU and inpatient pediatrics unit
Ample opportunity for career growth and involvement in medical staff office, medical education, and hospital committees
Hospitalist Service Daily Encounters: 192
26 Physician/APP provider Hospitalist team
Dedicated Nocturnist
24-hr Intensivists onsite presence
The team is supported by IAC RN to facilitate operations
Block scheduling
Team approach model with Hospitalist, Critical Care and Emergency Department under one IAC Director

Compensation Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $116/hour to $170/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
