Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Nocturnist Physician you will play a crucial role within an award-winning hospitalist program, delivering high-quality patient care across five major hospitals in the Sacramento area. The Hospitalist Program serves 5 major hospitals in the Sacramento area
Hospitalists self-schedule themselves on a periodic basis, based on a flexible-scheduling model
Scheduling/Structure: Full-time Nocturnist position (1.0)
Night shifts will be scheduled as 10-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling
Maintains privileges at all Dignity-affiliated hospitals
165 shifts per year
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $345,342 /Year

Job Requirements
Required: MD or DO degree
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
Active or eligible license in the state of California
DEA certification
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
