Experience: Preferred but not required; relevant obstetric and gynecologic experience beneficial
Pay & BenefitsCompensation: Base Salary options:$296,400 (0.71 FTE) + bonus incentives
$328,320 (0.78 FTE) + bonus incentives
Additional pay for extra clinical hours: $190/hour

What You ll DoProvide 24-hour in-house obstetric hospitalist coverage in a high-acuity setting
Manage OB triage for unassigned patients and private physicians
Respond to obstetric patient transports ( 5-6/month)
Assist with cesarean sections (average 0-3 cases) and assist in 1-2 cases
Conduct inpatient postpartum rounding and shared antepartum rounding with maternal-fetal medicine specialists
Perform gynecologic emergency evaluations and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team supported by Level III NICU, 24/7 neonatal, pediatric, anesthesia, and GYN surgical support
Deliver comprehensive obstetric care within a collaborative hospital environment
What You Need
Required:
Medical Degree and valid unrestricted medical license in California
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
Residency training in OB-GYN
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital setting
Preferred:
Experience in inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
