Highlands Medical Center is a non-profit arm of Jackson County Health Care Authority (JCHCA). They are the only hospital in Jackson County serving approximately 54,000 residents.
Trauma Designation: Level III
170 licensed beds
92 staffed beds; including 10 specialty care

12-hour Physician day-shift, Telemedicine for night coverage

Strong hospital leadership and collaborative Integrated Acute Care team (Emergency and Hospital Medicine service lines also managed by USACS)
