Job description
We are seeking a Hospitalist Physician to provide locum tenens coverage with 7 on, 7 off scheduling, working 12-hour shifts from 7:30am to 7:30pm .
Key responsibilities include managing a census of 12-15 patients per shift and performing procedures such as lumbar punctures, paracentesis, thoracentesis, joint aspirations, and central line placements .
Qualifications require Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, with credentialing completed within 60 days .
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR): RPMS is preferred. The facility supports a team of 75 physicians and 24 mid-level providers .
Ideal candidates will be adaptable, skilled in procedures, and committed to providing quality patient care in a hospital setting.
