Job description
Coverage: Scheduled + On Call
EMR: Epic
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Schedule:
9-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM , fully onsite
15-hour night shifts: 4:00 PM 10:00 PM onsite , then telestroke
Must report onsite for stroke alerts during night coverage
Day coverage: Sunday Monday
Rounding + admissions
Patient Volume:
Neurological patients
Approximately 12 patients/day
36-bed inpatient unit
Support:
NP/PA support during daytime
Solo coverage at night
Requirements:
Board Certified in Neurohospitalist
Minimum 2 years of experience
80 inpatient/outpatient patients documented within the previous 24 months, or qualifying recent training
Epic experience
Licenses Required:
Oregon medical license
Willing to license
BLS
ACLS
