Job Description\ N Hospitalist Physician – Day Shift & Swing Shift\ N A hospital-based healthcare organization is seeking two patient-centered Hospitalist Physicians to join an established inpatient medicine team. These positions support a collaborative hospitalist service with physician and advanced practice provider coverage and an open ICU model.

Physicians collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care.
\ N Responsibilities includeresponding to codes, rapid responses, and stroke alerts as needed.

Position Details Day Shift Hospitalist (1 Opening) \ N Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\ N Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off
\ N Responsibilities include rounding, admissions from the ED and direct admissions, discharges, and collaboration with daytime APPs for admissions and consults.
\ N Swing Shift Hospitalist (1 Opening) \ N Schedule: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
\ N Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days off
\ N Focus on admissions from the ED and direct admissions, discharges, and overnight patient management.
\ N Additional Details \ N Full-time, hospital-employed positions
\ N Open ICU model
Collaborative hospitalist team with physician and APP support
\ N Requirements Education & Qualifications \ N Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\ N Open to newly trained residents/fellows and experienced physicians
\ N Active or eligible state medical license
\ N BLS and ACLS certification required
