Job description
Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Hospitalist physicians for an ongoing locum opportunity in California beginning January 2027.
Position Highlights Ongoing assignment
Seeking 2 physicians
Day and night shifts available
Cerner EMR
Open ICU
Established Hospitalist program
patients per day
Additional shifts may be available
Schedule Days: 8a 6p
Nights: 6p 7a
Approximately 6 12 day shifts per month
Approximately 2 4 night shifts per month
Requirements Active California license
Board Certified
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Comfortable with day and night coverage
Open ICU experience preferred
CV in MM/YYYY format with gaps explained
