PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, possible with clean file
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Licenses: Active Virginia license and DEA
DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Experience: Residency trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Other Qualifications: Clean file required for privileging (60-90 days)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day rounding for hospitalist service at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital.
Manage admissions, discharges, and patient care.
Work 12-hour day shifts (7a-7p).
Collaborate with nursing and support staff.
Participate in EMR training and onboarding.
