Job description
California – Swing Shift Hospitalist
Join our close-knit team of 17 hospitalists, including 3 Nurse Practitioners,
Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Their Intensivists provide support to the hospitalist team.
Qualifications:
Internal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
Ability to work with residents.
New graduates, residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.
Flexible Scheduling:
Swing shift schedule is a 12-hour shift; 3p- 3a.
Average of 16 shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.
Rewards and Benefits:
Compensation:Yearly compensation is based on the number of shifts worked; $330k- $340k.
