DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult patients in a community hospital setting
Respond to codes and rapid responses
Manage ventilator patients and step-down level patients
Collaborate with NP, ED team, surgeons, and case management
Participate in weekend coverage as part of the schedule
