United Medical Park and Prairie Parkway offer outpatient care in facilities that are built for your comfort and convenience.

nResponsibilities
nnnAverage patients/day: 15-18
n
nnAdmitting/Rounding on medical/surgical patients 18-years of age and older (adult), & non-maternity
n
nnShifts available: 5 on/5 off- 12-hour Day shift 7A-7P and occasional swing shift 12P-12A
n
nnDays/Weekends/Holidays - shared equally amongst group
n
nnEstablished Tele-hospitalist 7A-7P with local providers
n
nn2 med floors, 1 cardio,1 surgical, and consult in rehab/mental health
n
nnCan cover ICU and perform procedures if desired, but this is NOT a requirement
n
nnImprove the health of the people and communities we serve

n nQualifications
nnnMD or DO
n
nnBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
n
nnAbility to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of IA
n
nnHold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
n
nnEligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
n
nnJ-1 waiver sponsorship available
