Hospitality AideThe Hospitality Aide works alongside the nursing department performing non-nursing, non-direct/hands-on duties pertaining to the comfort and well-being of the patients of the facility.Responsibilities and Duties:Passes water/ice to residentsAnswers resident's call light and alerts Certified Nurse Assistant or licensed nurse of resident's request, if it does not involve direct resident care the hospitality aide will provide serviceAssists with meal tray pass provided licensed nurse checked for correct dietAssists with feeding residents their mealsMay conduct recreational activities to residents as requiredEnvironmental, Physical, and Other Conditions:Must pass pre-employment requirements (criminal background check, drug screening, etc.) in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agenciesThis job description is not, nor is it intended to be, a complete statement of all duties, functions responsibilities and qualifications that comprise this position.
