Job description
Hilton is seeking a Director of Finance to oversee all hotel financial operations and deliver strategic financial leadership. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize profitability and ensure strong internal controls.
You will partner with hotel leadership to provide data-driven recommendations, uphold GAAP, and drive a high-performing finance team across our Chicago-area properties. This role embodies Hilton’s hospitality and integrity values.
