Job description
Bojangles in Hiawassee, GA is seeking a General Manager, Hospitality Lead to recruit, develop, and manage a motivated team according to company policies. You will efficiently schedule managers and crew while upholding standards of appearance and conduct.
You will ensure the store's facilities and equipment are well maintained, manage inventory and supplies, handle cash procedures, participate in local marketing and community engagement, and create a safe environment for customers and staff.
